[Newbie]: Programming sound on 05R/W

Hello,

I'm about to acquire a 05R/W and i was wondering how to edit sound patches for example to combine different multisounds and set up different parameters. Would i need a connection to my computer using a MIDI cable and an editing software or is it possible to edit the parameters on the 05R/W box using a standard midi controller?

If a computer connection is required then, how should i connect the 05R/W to the computer and to the midi keyboard controller (using a USB MIDI cable)?
